Alienware vs. Dell: The Battle Continues

Ever since Dell came out with their high end XPS desktops, gamers and performance PC enthusiasts have been debating which performs better: Alienware or Dell. In March of 2006, Dell purchased Alienware for an undisclosed amount of money. Because Dell has promised that Alienware will remain a complete and independent subsidiary of Dell, the debate over which is better remains. The purchase of Alienware by Dell is good news for the consumer because Dell is now be able to contribute it's supply chain efficiences to Alienware's top quality high performance PCs. This means the prices for Alienware's gaming PCs and laptops are much more affordable than they have been in the past.
